Hello Kmuz, Very good effort to convey the role and value of community radio, but it's important to appreciate its 3 main goals:
1. Build an audience
2. Make money/secure resources
3. Earn the respect of the community/become part of it.
The campaign to raise money for a transmitter including using Kickstarter.com is commendable, but longer term, KMUZ needs to adopt a multi-legged resourcing model.
My late colleague Dennis List wrote an excellent ideas book on how community radio can employ participative marketing techniques to achieve sustainable community radio. You can read the book online or buy it.
