Our Wish List

We thought it would be helpful for you to see what's needed (along with the costs) of items we need in order to get KMUZ on the air by next year. We'll need all sorts of gear ranging from turntables to a streaming media webserver to microphones, not to mention the radio transmission equipment: the transmitter, antenna, studio-transmitter-link, etc.

Two wish lists are available for viewing/download above where you can see all the cool stuff that we'll need to begin broadcasting at 88.5 MHz. If you'd like to help us get on the air, you can sponsor a particular item! We have needs that span the whole range of pocketbooks.

Elvira's webFor example, if Elvira decided to sponsor our transmitter, she could donate $4,000 tax-deductible dollars to the cause. We would put bat stickers and faux spiderwebs around it and forevermore bow to her. Thanks, 'Vira!

And then if Elvis decided to spring for some cables, he could throw $100 our way, perhaps a little extra for mounting rhinestones on them, and they'd be put to constant use in our broadcast studio.
