In two separate interviews with Julie Conn-Johnson, McKinney Vento Program and Tricia Ratcliff, Homeless and Runaway Youth Program, we learn about what "home insecure" youth look like through the lens of these two service provider-advocates. Salem Keizer School District serves about 1,200 youth who are living in cars, campgrounds, couches, on the street, with and without their families.
