Lynelle Wilcox tells her story about how she became an advocate for people without shelter, what she learned about our homeless neighbors and how it changed her view on one of the most marginalized groups of people in the community. She also addresses the sit/lie ordinance being considered by the City of Salem to address problems in the downtown core.
