Show Notes

Siblings Helena Soares, Opal Wood and Roger Wood read their poems and discuss the reasons they write and participate in the Oregon Poetry Association's annual Cascadia student contest. They are joined by their mother and educator, Sophia, who shares methodology and philosophy of integrating poetry into educational curricula. (This program is an edited version of interviews originally aired October 23 and November 13 of last year.)
